Do you know what is the common problems in car exhaust systems?

 Car exhaust systems are systems that collects and discharges exhaust gas, which are composed of exhaust manifold, exhaust pipe, catalytic converter, exhaust temperature sensor, automobile muffler and exhaust tail pipe.

   Car exhaust systems discharge the exhaust gas from the engine work,at the same time,it makes the discharge of waste gas pollution and noise reduction.Car exhaust systems are mainly used for light vehicles, mini cars and buses, motorcycles and other motor vehicles. 

   Do you know what is the common problem in car exhaust systems?

   1, in the use of the process, due to the fuel supply system, ignition system fault, engine overheating, tempering, resulting in ternary catalytic converter carrier sintering, peeling, exhaust resistance is increased.

   2, due to the use of fuel or lubricating oil,it causes catalyst poisoning, decreased activity and catalytic conversion efficiency is affected, the three-way catalytic converter produced sulfur and phosphorus complex and sediment, and the function of the automobile deterioration, resulting in degradation in dynamic performance, fuel consumption increased, Emission Deterioration and so on.

   Exhaust way of car exhaust systems:

   To reduce the noise of the sound source, first of all, we should understand the sound source noise mechanism and the rules,then,to achieve it by improving the design of the machine, using advanced technology, reducing the noise induced vibration force, reducing the response of the voice parts in the system to the exciting force, and improving the processing and assembly accuracy and other measures. 

   To improve the accuracy of the dynamic balance of rotating parts, to lubricate moving parts, reduce the resonance friction; reduce the flow rate of various air flow noise sources, to avoid excessive turbulent flow.

   The response of sound components in the system is to change the dynamic characteristics of the system under the same excitation force condition, and to reduce the noise radiation efficiency. Each sound system has its own natural frequency, if the natural frequency of the system is reduced to the exciting force frequency of 1/3 below or far higher than the exciting force frequency, the system noise radiation efficiency will be clearly reduced.
