   Determination of inorganic carbon compounds in workplace air---Direct injection gas chromatographic method for carbon monoxide.

   principle:To collect the carbon monoxide in air directly into sample. The carbon monoxide is separated from the hydrogen by molecular sieve and the porous small spheres in series, and the catalyst is converted into methane by the nickel catalyst. The hydrogen flame ionization detector is used to determine the retention time.

   Determination of inorganic carbon compounds in workplace air---instrument

   Syringe, 100ml, 2ml.Gas chromatograph, hydrogen flame ionization detector, catalyst conversion furnace with carbon monoxide.

   Instrument operating conditions:

Color spectrum column: 1.2m * 5A 3mm or 13X molecular sieve, placed in front; 0.8m * 3mm column with carbon porous ball; two column in series.

Column temperature: 60;
Vaporization room temperature: 130;

Test room temperature: 130;

Conversion furnace temperature: 380;

Carrier gas (hydrogen) flow: 55ml/min;

Nitrogen flow rate: 130ml/min.

   Determination of inorganic carbon compounds in workplace air---reagent

   5A or 13X molecular sieve, 60 ~ 80 mesh. Activate 2H at 550 degrees C and immediately post it in a dryer.

   Carbon porous pellet (TDX-01), 60 ~ 80 mesh.

   Carbon monoxide standard gas: formulated with national approved standard gas.

   Collection, transportation and storage of samples:

   Field sampling in accordance with the implementation of GBZ 159.

At the sampling point, use the air sample to draw the 100ml syringe 3 times, and then extract the 100ml air sample, immediately after closing the air inlet, the vertical position, the cleaning container transportation and storage. Measure as soon as possible.
